Understanding Payment Status Badges

When viewing your assigned payable fees, each item displays one of the following statuses:

PAID / SETTLED₱0.00 Due

You have fully paid this fee. No additional payment is required for this item.

PARTIAL PAYMENTRemaining Due

A portion of the fee has been recorded (e.g., ₱50 of ₱150). You only owe the remaining balance.

UNPAID DUESFull Amount Due

No payment has been recorded yet for this fee. Settle with an authorized collector to clear it.

1. Masterlist Verification

Always verify your classmates' official 8-digit Student IDs before collecting. Have them double-check their names and assigned payables on the Transparency Hub.

2. Batch Remittance to Treasury

Bring collected funds directly to the Treasury Desk. The council officers will credit each classmate individually and issue reference numbers for the entire class.

Go to the Transparency Hub at /transparency. Enter your official 8-digit Student ID (for example: 2026-1001) into the search box and click "Search Student Records". Your name, course, year level, assigned payables, and payment history will display immediately.
First, check if your ID was typed correctly (Format: YYYY-XXXX). If you are a new student, transferee, or irregular student whose name was not included in the initial batch roster, visit the Student Council Treasury Desk with your Certificate of Registration (COR) to be registered.
When you pay your council dues or event fees in cash to an authorized council officer or class representative, they enter the payment into their officer dashboard. The system creates a permanent digital reference number (e.g., TRX-8921) and updates your online balance in real time.
Yes! The system automatically calculates partial payments. For example, if your payable fee is ₱150.00 and you pay ₱50.00 today, your online record will show ₱50.00 Paid and ₱100.00 Remaining Due until you complete the payment.
On the Transparency Hub (/transparency), scroll down past the search box. You will find live summaries of Total Collections, Council Expenses, Net Treasury Reserve, itemized expense receipts, and project collection progress bars.
Yes! KABAN is fully mobile-responsive. You can search your student record, view fee breakdowns, inspect receipts, and track your dues from any smartphone, tablet, or desktop browser.
If you shifted programs or changed sections, simply notify the Student Council Treasury Desk so they can update your student details in the directory without affecting any of your past payment records.
